As a first step, we work closely with our clients to understand the type of recipe they have in mind, both in terms of its flavour profile and the organoleptic characteristics of the final product. We then move on to the actual product development process, which culminates in the creation of samples for the client’s approval.

Developing a recipe always involves several stages of research and testing:

– Evaluation of the ingredients to be used in the recipe, with regard to their organoleptic characteristics;
– Technical assessment of the microbiological aspects that determine the product’s quality;
– Economic assessment of the costs of the ingredients, processing and packaging;
– Production of product samples.
