WHO WE ARE

L’Azienda Agricola Biologica Casale dei Pozzi was established through the restoration of a piece of land and an 18th-century stone farmhouse, located among the Tolfa Hills and the northern coastline of Lazio. The farmhouse was renovated using many principles and solutions inspired by Bio-Architecture.

From the very beginning, the farm was designed according to Biodynamic criteria, with hedgerows alternating with green spaces and fruit trees of different varieties.

L’Azienda Agricola Biologica Casale dei Pozzi combines its own fruit and vegetable production with a diverse range of products made under its own brand.

In particular, Casale dei Pozzi produces more than seventy recipes, including pasta sauces, sauces, jams and preserves,vegetable stock cubes, preparations made from fresh or cooked vegetables, and blends of spices and aromatic herbs.

The common thread running through all these products isa continuous commitment to researching and developing recipes: ancient flavours and traditional knowledgeare seen as a means of strengthening the bond between the land, its fruits, and the culinary—and broader cultural—traditions of the communities most closely connected to it.
