For several years, alongside our own-brand manufacturing activities, we have also been providing contract manufacturing services for third parties.
In order to make the best use of our laboratory’s production capacity, from the very beginning we decided to complement our own production with contract manufacturing and private-label services for third parties..
In both cases, when required, in addition to the actual processing activities we also offerdevelopmentservices. Working alongside the manufacturer, who entrusts us with their raw materials, we carry out the necessary tests to develop the product they wish to obtain.

WHO WE ARE
L’Azienda Agricola Biologica Casale dei Pozzi combines its own fruit and vegetable production with a diverse range of products made under its own brand.
In particular, Casale dei Pozzi produces more than seventy recipes, including pasta sauces, sauces, jams and preserves,vegetable stock cubes, preparations made from fresh or cooked vegetables, and blends of spices and aromatic herbs.
The common thread running through all these products isa continuous commitment to researching and developing recipes: ancient flavours and traditional knowledgeare seen as a means of strengthening the bond between the land, its fruits, and the culinary—and broader cultural—traditions of the communities most closely connected to it.
